Loaded Beef Nachos

These loaded beef nachos are an easy crowd-pleaser for game day, parties, or a fun weeknight dinner. Crispy tortilla chips are piled high with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
1 large bag tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup salsa
½ cup guacamole
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Optional: diced tomatoes, jalapeños or green onions
Directions
Cook the beef. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and add taco seasoning according to package directions.
Build the nachos. Spread tortilla chips evenly across a large sheet pan. Top with seasoned ground beef and shredded cheese.
Bake. Bake at 400°F for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Load them up. Top with shredded lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately while the chips are warm and crispy.
