Buffalo chicken dip is a game-day favorite, and this lighter, protein-packed version is just as creamy and satisfying. Using cottage cheese and rotisserie chicken adds plenty of protein while keeping the recipe simple. Serve it warm with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Sliced green onions for topping, optional

  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.

  3. In a bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, shredded chicken, and half of the cheddar cheese.

  4. Transfer to a small baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

  6. Top with green onions and serve warm.
