A high-protein spin on a classic steak-and-potatoes dinner with juicy steak, seasoned shrimp, a cheesy loaded baked potato and crisp snap peas. Filling, balanced and perfect when you want a dinner that feels indulgent without being overly heavy.

1 serving

  • 4 oz sirloin steak

  • 4 large shrimp

  • 1 medium russet potato

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • 1 cup sugar snap peas

  • 1–2 tsp olive or avocado oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

Bake the potato until tender, then split and top with Greek yogurt, cheddar and green onion. Season the steak and shrimp and cook in a hot skillet until done to your liking. Sauté the snap peas until tender-crisp and season with salt and pepper.
