Steak & Shrimp Dinner with Mac & Cheese and Bacon Brussels Sprouts

A high-protein dinner that proves balanced eating doesn't have to mean skipping your favorite comfort foods. Juicy steak and seasoned shrimp are paired with creamy mac & cheese and crispy bacon Brussels sprouts for an easy dinner that has a little bit of everything.

1 serving

  • 4 oz lean sirloin steak

  • 4 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • ½ cup prepared mac & cheese

  • 1–1½ cups Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1 slice bacon, chopped

  • 1–2 tsp olive or avocado oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper


Season the steak and cook in a hot skillet to your preferred doneness. Remove and rest before slicing. Season the shrimp and sauté until pink and cooked through. Roast or air-fry the Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon until browned and crispy. Serve alongside warm mac & cheese.
