Seasoned White Fish with Cilantro Rice & Avocado Salad

A fresh and easy weeknight dinner with seasoned white fish, cilantro-lime rice and a simple avocado tomato salad. Light, filling and packed with protein, healthy fats and fresh flavor.

1 serving

  • 5–6 oz white fish, such as tilapia or cod

  • ¾ cup cooked white or jasmine rice

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp diced red onion

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 1 tsp olive or avocado oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper


Season the fish with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet for about 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Toss the rice with cilantro and lime juice. Combine avocado, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and lime for the avocado salad.
