Loaded Burger Bowl

Everything you love about a cheeseburger, turned into a fresh and filling bowl. Seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, avocado, lettuce, tomato and pickles are finished with an easy homemade burger sauce for a high-protein dinner that doesn't feel like "healthy food."

1 serving

  • 5 oz 90–93% lean ground beef

  • 1½ cups chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce

  • 1 medium potato, diced

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • ½ tomato, chopped

  • ¼ cup chopped pickles

  • ¼ cup diced onion

  • 1 tsp olive or avocado oil

  • Salt, pepper & garlic powder

Burger Sauce

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp pickle juice

  • Optional: dash of hot sauce or paprika


Season the potatoes and roast or air-fry until crispy. Brown the ground beef with diced onion and seasonings. Fill a bowl with lettuce, tomato, pickles and avocado, then add the crispy potatoes and beef. Mix the burger sauce ingredients together and drizzle over everything.
